  • Gateway Service Mode — A dedicated service mode for gateway maintenance. When active, the gateway suspends normal control group operations, allowing safe device servicing or reconfiguration without disrupting the live installation.

  • Replace Gateway Device — A defective or decommissioned NiWi device can be replaced with a new unit directly from the application, preserving its name, location, and group assignments.
